Upon arrival, you must clear Immigration with a valid passport that has at least six months of remaining validity. You can do this either at the assisted counters with Immigration officers or by using the Digital Immigration Check-in Kiosks.

Please note: the FMM Immigration Form is no longer required. If an officer assists you, your passport will be stamped as proof of entry. If you use the digital kiosks, a receipt will print. Do not throw it away. You will need to present it at the airline counter when you depart.

After clearing Immigration, proceed to the designated carousel to retrieve your luggage. Carts are available at no extra cost, but you will not be able to take them outside the terminal. If you have nothing to declare, continue through Customs and exit the terminal. If you do have items to declare, officials may perform a quick, courteous inspection of your luggage.

Once you have cleared Customs, continue through the corridor where you will see several tourist information desks. Do not stop and do not accept discounts or promotions from anyone inside the terminal, as they are timeshare promoters. At the end of the hallway, cross the last glass door to exit the terminal. Our staff will be waiting outside with a customized sign featuring the group logo.
